Based out of Manchester, England, James Roper is an artist whose style has emerged throughout the years. His recent bodies of work represent paintings of abstract figures made up of shrouds and waves of fabric incorporated into a landscape or sea scape. Influenced by the Baroque art period, the movement in his abstracted figures evokes drama and grandeur.
